At the end of the working cycle the rolled pieces return toward the operator. The rollers are protected by a stainless steel grill and this machine is also provided with a security device for immediate cylinder stoppage. The control buttons and grill safety device are worked by a 24V remote control switch. Dough pieces from 20 to 1000 grams can be formed.
