With three small models, IF20and IF30, the fork is cast nylon-coated and the cover is full. With other models, bowl, fork, dough-cover and safety screen are in stainless steel, while the scraping to clean the bowl is in polyethylene and stainless steel.

It mounts a 2 speed motor and it is fitted with a timer that stops the machine at the end of kneading. Tight reduction gears in oil bath, high resistance belt transmission, therefore very silent. Completely mounted on ball bearings, they don’t need any maintenance.
